Today’s Episode is a special celebration episode, as Dr. Borger reveals she is now a published book author.  As a co-author along with incredible healers from around the world, Dr. Borger celebrates the publishing of the book “When hearts heal”, an anthology of the powerful ripple effect of impact and success when hearts heal, open and receive. 
 
Dr. Borger’s chapter in this incredible collaboration is entitled “The heart of self image”.  Self-image is an individual’s mental representation of themselves, their internal world so to say, and to a certain extent, their external appearance as it relates to the self and how they view it. Self-image, this internal world, is created by everything we believe about ourselves, including all the stories about who we are, woven into an internal world of considerable complexity, texture and depth, a mental internal tapestry of self.  Dr. Borger shows how self image directly impacts everything we do in this life and how we experience our lives.
