She has owned her own private practice for the last 8 years and in 2020 expanded to having a Medically safe Manicure and Pedicure Spa. Dr Neitzel is also a business coach who coaches other doctors on turning their practice into a stress-free source of income for them.  She is developing a course on how to build a Medical Nail Spa as a complimentary business to your private practice.
